Do you want to add a nominee to your Angel One Demat account? If yes, then this facility is not available through the mobile application. But you can add nomination by login in to the web portal of Angel one.
Here we have explained step-by-step tutorial, follow and add nominee online for Angel one Demat account.
Register Nomination Online for Angel One Demat Account
(Step 1) You need to login to Angel one desktop website. Visit (https://trade.angelone.in/) and login to your account using your mobile number, OTP and MPIN. After login, you can see the “Account” tab on your right side, click on this tab and then select and open the “Profile” section as you can see in the below screenshot.
(Step 2) On the next step, click on “View All Categories” where you can edit details about the nominee.
(Step 3) On the next screen, to add new nominee details, click on the “Nominee”
(Step 4) Next click on the “Add Nominee” option.
(Step 5) You can now add your nominee details. Add the nominee’s name, date of birth, Pan card number, and share percentage. select your relationship with the nominee and click on submit eSign.
(Step 6) You will be redirected to the NSDL website where you need to authorize your Aadhaar card using OTP. Enter your Aadhaar card number and click on the “send OTP”
(Step 7) Now enter the OTP sent to your Aadhaar card-linked mobile number and click on the verify OTP.
That’s it your nomination will be completed after verifying your Aadhaar card using OTP. You will receive an SMS and mail when your nomination request will be completed. Please note, you can add a maximum of 3 nominees for your Angel one demat account by following the same steps.
