Amazon Pay wallet money can be used for online bills and payments, however, you can send your wallet money to your bank account. If your Amazon Pay wallet is KYC compliant then you can transfer your wallet money to any bank account.
Transfer your Amazon Pay Wallet Money to your Bank Account
(Step 1) Open your Amazon India App and tap on the “Menu” — “Amazon Pay”
(Step 2) In the Amazon Pay section, tap on the “Send Money” option as you can see in the below screenshot.
(Step 3) Next screen, select any option to send money. If you have a valid UPI ID, UPI linked mobile number and QR code then select “To mobile, Scan OR To UPI ID” options. Here we will select the “To Bank” option.
(Step 4) Next screen enter your IFSC code, bank account number, and your name and tap on Pay Now.
(step 5) In the next step, enter the amount which you want to transfer from your wallet and click on continue.
(Step 6) Next screen you need to tap on the “Show More Ways To Pay” option.
(Step 7) Now select the “Amazon Pay Balance” option in the payment method and complete your transaction.
So this way you can transfer your Amazon Pay wallet money to your bank account using your bank account number and IFSC code.
If you want to transfer your money to any UPI ID, mobile number, and QR code then you can select other options like “To mobile, Scan, and To UPI ID” as you can see in the below screenshot.
As I said earlier that your Amazon Pay wallet should be KYC compliant otherwise you can not transfer your wallet money to your bank account. You can complete your KYC through a video call from the Amazon India application using your Pan card & Aadhaar Card.
