Add/Delete/Update Nominee in ICICI Bank Online
(Step 1) Login to your ICICI bank Internet banking account and open “Customer Service” & click on “Service Requests”
(Step 2) Next screen, click and open “Bank Accounts” and go to the “View/Update Nominee” page.
(Step 3) In view/update the nominee page, you can view your registered nominee details and you can delete and update it. If the nominee is not added then click on “Add Nominee”
(Step 4) Now enter nominee’s name, birth date, complete address, and your relation with the nominee (Father, mother, wife, etc and submit all these details.
(Step 5) Once again re-check your nominee details and everything is ok then click on submit button.
You need to verify your request through OTP. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and submit.
After submitting the OTP, your nominee will be registered with your account.
To view your added nominee details, just open the “view/update nominee” page. Here you can update or cancel the nominee too.
