Bank of India (BOI), a public sector bank, has introduced a convenient new feature for its customers. You can now easily order a new cheque book directly from your mobile phone using the Bank of India mobile banking application. This service allows you to place a request for a new cheque book and have it delivered straight to your registered address.

If your Bank of India branch is too far from your home address, you can activate the mobile banking application to access various online banking services from your mobile phone. You don’t need to visit your branch for tasks such as applying for a new chequebook and debit card, transferring funds, creating an ATM PIN, stopping check payments and PPS, and many more.”

Now please follow these steps to place a new Cheque Book order from BOI mobile banking:-

(Step 1) Open the BOI Mobile Omni Neo app and log in to your account. On the home screen, tap on the profile section located in the top left corner as indicated in the screenshot below.

(Step 2) In the profile, please open “Services & Requests

(Step 3) Next screen you need to select the “Cheque Services” option.

(Step 4) Now select the “Request Cheque Book” option and place a new Cheque book request.

(Step 5) Next screen you can apply for a new Cheque Book. Select the number of Cheque Books (You can choose multiple), select your delivery address (Communication) and submit your request. If your address has been changed then please select the Home branch option to get your new Chequebook at branch.

Your new ChequeBook request has been placed and it will be fulfilled within 10 working days. You will receive an SMS confirmation on your registered phone number.
