(Step 1) To check your Cental Bank of India KYC status and its validity period, just login to Cent mobile banking.
(Step 2) Now open the options tab as you can see in the below screenshot.
(Step 3) Open the “Service Request” option from the list and proceed.
(Step 4) Now select “Re KYC Confirmation” and proceed.
(Step 5) Now you can see your KYC status on the screen. You can see “Your Re-KYC is already completed” message on the screen with the validity period if your KYC is already updated with the bank. You need to submit your KYC again after your “valid till” date. As you can see my KYC is completed and valid till 12/12/2027 and after this date, I have to submit my KYC details again.
