HDFC bank customers can now change/update their registered email ID online. If you wish to update your current registered email ID then you don’t need to visit the bank, you can submit your updation request online and your request will be completed within 2 days.
HDFC Bank Registered Email ID Online Updation Process Step by Step
(Step 1) Open and login to your HDFC mobile banking and go to “Your Profile — Personal Profile”
(step 2) Now open the “Contact” section and tap on the “Change” option to update your current email address.
(Step 3) In the next step, enter your new email ID and submit.
(Step 4) Next screen enter the 6-digit OTP number sent to your new email ID and submit. (check your new email ID inbox)
(Step 5) You will get another 6-digit OTP on your bank-registered mobile number and also you need to verify your debit card details on the next screen. Tap on the continue button.
(step 6) Another 6-digit OTP is sent to your bank-registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and proceed.
(step 7) Now enter your Debit Card ATM PIN and expiry date and verify your debit card details.
That’s all your email ID updation request is successfully sent and it will be processed in 2 working days. To check your request status, open the contact option in mobile banking.
